- Children & youth data: child's name, age, parent/guardian contact details, and information needed for safe check-in and safeguarding. (Collected only with parental/guardian consent and enhanced protections).
- Volunteer & staff data: role history, availability, references, training records, vetting outcomes where required, payroll/banking details for employees.
- Giving & finance data: bank transfer references, giving history, online payment details (tokenised by our payment providers), and compliance information.
- Technical & usage data: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, referral source, time spent, links clicked, general location (IP-based), cookies (see Section 10).
- Media: photographs, audio, and video recorded in services/events, with reasonable notice and respect for objections.
- Communications & preferences: messages you send us, feedback, and your contact preferences.
